Vinthya Perinpanathan is a composer, violinist, and DJ, born in Emmen, Holland and based in Manchester and London, UK, recognised for her fusion of Western-classical, Sri Lankan, South Asian, and techno music, with her string quartet 'Flight UL505' performed across Europe. Her distinctive approach, blending repetitive, percussive elements of ancient ritualistic music with techno, led to works like 'Her Resistance' premiering at the String Quartet Biennale at Amsterdam's Muziekgebouw.
