Festival Abroad Media LLC is a US-incorporated entity. We operate primarily as a B2B marketing and intermediary service provider.

• Indirect tax: We do not sell products directly to consumers and are therefore not required to collect VAT, GST, or Sales Tax in any jurisdiction at this time.
• Responsible party: All tax obligations related to commissions received are handled in accordance with US federal law and applicable international tax treaties.

Dispute Resolution

EU visitors: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

UK visitors: Alternative dispute resolution is available through approved ADR bodies listed by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute at ctsi.org.uk.

We are not obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We are responsible for our own content on this website in accordance with applicable law. We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected.
