Rufus Isabel Elliot, a composer and musician originally from Tower Hamlets, is now based in Skye, creating work encompassing orchestral pieces and experimental contexts. Elliot's music is notable for its concern with testimony and the conditions in which stories are shared, described as fluid, ambitious, stunningly intimate and achingly fragile.
