Emma-Jean Thackray is an English musician, DJ, and multi-instrumentalist from Leeds, known for blending spiritual jazz, funk, soul, and electronic textures. What makes her notable is how her live performances treat the crowd less as spectators than as participants in her process of musical exploration and emotional release.
