Understand the ticket draw
For 2026, Waking Life used a ticket draw rather than a first-come queue. The official FAQ explains individual registration and groups of up to five people, with each successful group member buying their own ticket. A friend’s successful application was not a transferable ticket for anyone they chose.

Names and resale matter
The 2026 FAQ requires personalised tickets and says names are checked. It identifies TicketSwap as the authorised resale route. Use the organiser’s current instructions if you need to change a booking; a copied barcode or someone else’s name is not a reliable entry plan.

Keep the edition clear
The archived festival site identifies Crato, Portugal. Draw deadlines, ticket prices, transport and campsite arrangements must be checked for the edition you want. The 2026 application instructions do not establish that a 2027 draw or shuttle service is already open.
