The official FAQ explains online ticket check-in through My Wallet and says on-site check-in carries a fee. It also describes the festival wristband as a cashless wallet. The official experience page distinguishes the VIP Main Stage Pass, Galaxy Backstage Pass and other premium products. An elevated Main Stage area is not the same as backstage access at Galaxy.
