Üle Heli is an Estonian festival dedicated to exploring the diverse meanings of music and sound, serving as a platform for experimental artists and boundary-pushing sonic explorations. It distinguishes itself by fostering connections across various art forms and presenting a program where experimental soundscapes know no genre limits.
What Ule Heli offers
The sound system will be unforgiving. Loop lets you hear every detail at a safe volume – no ringing on the train home. We love recommending a product we've been using ourselves for years.
