The official site lists 18–20 June 2027. Its travel and camping page still labels many operational details as 2026, so those arrangements need reconfirming.
Getting there: the station is not the entrance
The organiser uses Gräfenhainichen station for the festival shuttle to Ferropolis. Shuttle access and departure times are described separately from general admission.
Our advice: compare travel to the station and the final shuttle as one journey. Check the new return timetable before booking a train, and allow time to pack up and reach the pickup point. A 2027 footer does not make the 2026 timetable current.

Camping: parking and sleeping are different products
The published 2026 information distinguishes ordinary parking from passes for vehicles in camping areas. It does not permit sleeping in the standard car park. Early camping has separate access arrangements.
Our advice: assign one person in the group to check which pass covers each vehicle and which ticket covers each person. Save the rules with the booking so the plan does not depend on everybody remembering different parts of checkout.

Music: check the actual stages, not just a genre tag
An earlier attendee in a 2024 planning discussion described the festival as heavily techno-led while enjoying the psy and hi-tech floors. Others in the thread were less keen on that balance.
If you are considering Hive mainly for psytrance, compare the current full stage programme with what you want from the weekend. A festival offering your favourite genre is not necessarily built around it.

The earlier visitor praised people on the psy and hi-tech floors and described a substantial walk between camping and the arena. That account is useful for deciding what to investigate, but its reported walking time and stage mix should not be treated as a 2027 site specification.
