Start with the right city and venue
The New York site is separate from the wider Head in the Clouds website. Its current event information names Under the K Bridge Park in Brooklyn. That is a different journey from the older Forest Hills Stadium format.
Our advice: wait for an edition-specific New York announcement before committing to travel that cannot be changed. Check the venue shown on your ticket against the event map, rather than relying on the festival name alone.

Getting to Under the K
The published arrival guide gives 19 Bridgewater Street for general arrival and rideshare. It suggests public transit and states there is no venue parking. GA, VIP and accessible entry instructions differ.
For that format, choose accommodation by its actual journey to Brooklyn and the return service after the show. Use the current MTA service information on the day; a subway line on a map is not a promise of normal weekend service.

The Under the K guide requires mobile tickets in the AXS app and says no re-entry after leaving. It permits inspected empty hydration packs, bans umbrellas and does not offer a bag or coat check. A limited number of lockers are described.
