A recurring island party
Thailand’s tourism authority identifies Ko Pha-ngan with its monthly Full Moon Party. Local event guidance places the beach party at Haad Rin and describes individual bars running their own music areas. This is not one annual festival with a single fixed stage count or uniform ticket package.

Check what a package actually includes
An accommodation or boat package can include different services from beach admission. Check the seller, departure pier, return sailing and whether entry is included. A site’s use of the word official does not by itself establish it as the organiser of every bar or event.

Build the return around confirmed transport
Check the announced party date and the boat operator’s actual timetable before booking. Do not calculate the party date from the moon alone or assume an overnight boat will be running. If staying on the island, agree the return route to your accommodation in advance.
