Use the Edinburgh venue page
Edinburgh Summer Sessions' official information places the event at the Royal Highland Showgrounds, beside Edinburgh Airport. This is not a central Princes Street Gardens venue. Check the individual concert before booking: the Summer Sessions website also covers Glasgow and other locations.
Travel via Ingliston Park & Ride
The Edinburgh travel page identifies Ingliston Park & Ride as the nearest tram stop and describes a shuttle from there to the site. It also lists Lothian’s event service 98 and pre-booked Happy Bus services.
The same page includes temporary tram-disruption advice. Check the current operator timetable for your date rather than assuming the restriction, shuttle frequency or late service is permanent.
Check your show’s age conditions
The reviewed Edinburgh information requires ages 0–15 to attend with an adult aged 21 or over, with at least one adult per two younger attendees. Do not copy Glasgow’s different admission rule into an Edinburgh booking.
Before you book
These are the details to confirm for the edition you are attending.
- The concert is at the Royal Highland Showgrounds and not another Summer Sessions site.
- Return transport and age/guardian rules are checked for your show.
