Emptyset are a Bristol-based production project by James Ginzburg and Paul Purgas, working at the intersections of electroacoustic and computer music incorporating noise, industrial, and experimental electronic genres. The duo are particularly notable for examining the physical properties of sound through electromagnetism, architecture and process-based image making, accompanied by custom visuals generated from live sound.
